The Ellie Wren design team has been helping brides design custom wedding shoes and accessories since 2007.     Started by Kate Friedman, a recovering attorney and creative at heart, 

Ellie Wren (then Design Your Pedestal) was born when a deep love for shoes and a passion for self-expression, well… got married…in her Denver, Colorado basement.   And while Ellie Wren has outgrown that original office space, the core of its success has stayed the same.  

From the beginning, Kate loved working one-on-one with brides to understand their wedding style and to help them incorporate it into a truly unique pair of wedding shoes. As the office space continues to grow, so does the breadth of the designs and the team. New techniques are always being developed, stunning embellishments curated, and the collection of base shoe styles and colors is evolving to match current trends.    

 Now, Ellie Wren, in partnership with Benjamin Walk offers over 60 base shoes styles that can be dyed any color of the spectrum. And that’s only where the fun begins.
